Scope and Contents From the Collection: The collection consists of a scrapbook of newspaper clippings by and about J.S. Mosby, a Confederate soldier, that detail his adventures in the Confederate cavalry. Also included are unfavorable clippings from local newspapers on the occasion of his visit to New England in 1886.
